An early morning visit to Coalhouse Fort this morning produced a
Twite. The bird was commuting between the saltings and the bushes on the sea wall. This is the second year running I have recorded this species at this site. Other sightings of note included two
Marsh Harriers, seven
Corn Buntings and a
Kittiwake.
